Elias Aliprandis, MD

Elias Aliprandis, MD, is a fellowship-trained corneal specialist practicing at Ophthalmology Associates of Bay Ridge in Brooklyn, New York. He is board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.

He received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusets, and his medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City. 

Dr. Aliprandis completed his ophthalmology residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. He then received his fellowship training in cornea and external disease at the prestigious Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, Florida. 

Dr. Aliprandis has received numerous awards for his research and is licensed in New York. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.

Dr. Aliprandis specializes in cataract surgery, laser vision correction, corneal transplantation, dry eye, and diseases of the cornea and anterior segment of the eye.
